Our grants team is here to offer advice, guidance, support, and updates on all our funding opportunities.
Congratulations to the Successful Applicants from our Community Grant Meeting!
This year, Greenham Trust made £330,000 available for their Community Grant Scheme to be distributed in two grant rounds. During the Spring grant round this month, our Distribution Committee allocated just over £150,000 across 55 projects leaving a significant balance for the upcoming Autumn grant round.
Over the years, Community Grants have made a huge difference to a number of projects in the local area. Whether your project is small or big, providing the funding requirement is under £30,000, the Community Grant scheme is ideal for local charitable organisations in need of funding. Our Distribution Committee will consider both capital and revenue projects. If you require assistance in applying, visit our website or contact our grant team who are always happy to help.
Greenham Trust are now inviting applicants to submit their projects via www.thegoodexchange.com for the next grant round. Applications received by the deadline dates will be considered for a grant and don’t forget, projects will also receive Trust Top Up matched funding so that you can kick-start your fundraising journey.
Jaz Ghalley, Grant Manager at Greenham Trust says: “We look forward to receiving applications for new initiatives that will support a wide range of beneficiaries. We will be shortlisting new applications as well as projects that have already been fundraising on The Good Exchange. I recommend new applicants review our funding criteria on our website before applying. My suggestion to applicants that are already fundraising for their project is to gain as much community interest as possible by encouraging people to donate towards their project. Any applicants seeking advice and guidance for this process can contact me directly.”
Our next grants meeting will be with our Tenants Distribution Committee at the end of June.
The deadline for applications is Monday 12th June 2023.
Please ensure your application is live on The Good Exchange platform by the deadline date for consideration.

Project Of The Month!
This month, we congratulate and share the success story of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust
for their Inkpen Common New Boardwalk project.
They needed to replace the broken boardwalk at Inkpen Common nature reserve to protect the ancient heathland and make it safe for visitors. Their target was £13,876 and with a combination of public donations, matched funding, and grants their project became fully funded in 8 months!
Well done to all the team at Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust for reaching their target and successfully delivering the project. We are sure this new boardwalk will be enjoyed by the community for many years to come.
